Train mage with something reduced, firestrike green dragons maybe at the first levels, then advancement by superheating steel bars, no loss there, and RS gold so is quicker then alching:P Soul wars is fairly great for overall practice of whatever, its fine exp 70-80, medium 80-90, best is at 90+.
