For all those of you who say that the bonuses of you r monster compensate for this reduction, that is simply not mathematically true. Ex: Steel titan provides 20% defense boost. 99 summoning provides you 12 battle levels. Where do the other 7 battle levels go? Is not this a little cheep? The monster is clearly a part of you; you made and control it and have the power to ruin it.

Mine a full inventory of ess, then tele into the rc altar. Then repeat the last 4 steps until you have used up all of your tablets. Rc xp, mining xp, without a banking, with hardly any running. I have not tested this procedure cheap OSRS gold myself, but it seems reasonably fast and easy.
